I woke up with a huge smile as Isha tapped my back. I was happy to see an angel standing before me saying those three words on which THREE KNOTS actually stands. I reciprocated, bathed, dressed up and stood before God, prayed for the Happy Life and moved to the marriage hall. It was around six in the morning when rituals started followed by that I tied the auspicious thread on her neck, the THREE KNOTS at sharp 07:01 AM followed by blessing from my Mom, in-laws and relatives. Everyone gathered there wished us happy life and bestowed love upon us and this continued until midday.
Followed by this we visited few temples to complete rest of the rituals. It was around seven in the evening when we reached our home. Last but not the least, the ritual, “First Night”, the time that is destined to express our first love; I am not an exception to deny this as I waited for almost twenty-four years for this precious night.
It was not that easy to express what every person feel in words and so I am. I waited inside the room for almost ten minutes, the most hated ten minutes in my lifetime. She came in blushing like an angel with a sweet smile. I almost lost myself as my heart skipped a beat when she sat in the bed before me. I whispered in her ears, “I Love You” and made the angel to blush more. I turned her blushing face towards me but shockingly found tears in her eyes.
“Ish.. Ish..,” I said, she, “dear, I love you so much. I wanted to live with you forever… But, God wished something else by ending my life. Still I love to our souls to stay united forever… WILL ‘U’ ACCEPT Me?…”
“Riti……….” I trembled…
I strongly apologise to all my friends who read this from chapter one for stopping it here. The actual ending can be read in my novel that will be publishing it by the start of the New Year. Wait unit that day to know the answers for the questions that arise in your head. Hope you enjoyed, “THREE KNOTS”, continue enjoying it in my novel.
Expect the unexpected ending with some nasty twists that happened in Rahul, Isha, Siddesh and Riti’s life.
“Will Rahul accept Riti, in that case what will happen to Isha’s life? Is she aware of all that happened to her in the past thirty days? What had happened to Siddesh? Why he never contacted Isha after that incident? How Riti soul entered in to Isha? Why Isha didn’t commit suicide? What was the reason for emergency that message sent by Isha? Whose blood was that seen on the diary? Who wrote Riti’s name in Isha’s room? Rahul’s love is for Isha or Riti?”
Learn these answers in my novel as soon I publish. Stay tuned with the updates from my side to enjoy, “THREE KNOTS – WILL ‘U’ ACCEPT ME?”
Heartily thanks to Leo(Leonnyes) of I Rhyme Without Reason for helping me to reach people through his wonderful challenge. This was the first ever challenge I participated in my life. I thoroughly enjoyed this Leo, once again thanks for that. Although I missed H and I, due to bad network connection, I enjoyed writing this wonderful challenge. In future, love to participate more of these type and love to host them too. Thanks LEO and my fellow bloggers for all the smiles.
About NaNoWriMo, I could write only 40k words this month as my hands were totally tied with my office work. Nevertheless, I have a draft to fine tune here and there, check grammatical errors and publish them with flying colours. Thanks NaNaWriMo for this wonderful opportunity, love to participate in all future endeavours.
I also thank my regular readers who feed me with their thoughts via comments or mail. Thanks to all those good hearts and hoping to get the same support in future too.
Wait and watch this space for update about THREE KNOTS and for my next fiction series.
